- Uncertain rows are flagged, not shipped. When sources conflict or a page is ambiguous, the row goes to human review instead of your send list.

Where do the emails actually come from?
Every email we deliver as verified was read directly off a page on the municipality's own official website — a staff directory, a department page, or a contact page. The source link is on the row so you can confirm it yourself.
What happens when a town doesn't publish an email?
We tell you. Many municipalities publish the decision-maker's name and title but no personal email. Those rows are delivered clearly labeled (with the name, title, and best available contact route) — never padded with a guessed address. You aren't charged the verified-contact rate for them.
How is this different from Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clay?
They're built for corporate email patterns, and they buy and resell static data. We read the live official page and verify every contact against it. The difference shows up exactly where they're weakest: on our proving engagement we were handed 459 municipal contacts Apollo had marked invalid or unavailable — and recovered 227 of them (49%) as ready-to-send contacts from official government pages.
